Alerts

The DirectorX Notifier tool enables authorized users to subscribe to receive alerts via SMS text message and/or email message when certain errors occur. Operators can set alerts based on equipment type, as well as location or device, determine the frequency of alerts and automatically send alerts to designated employees. Even configure notifications to be delayed up to 1 hour (3,600 seconds) so those that don't want to be notified right away are only notified if the issue persists beyond the delay. Management staff can use this for awareness of issues that aren't resolved in a timely manner.

Dashboard

The DirectorX Dashboard provides real-time, graphical view of the vital statistics. Dashboard charts and graphs are interactive and can be customized to fit an operator's needs. Alerts, sales, transactional, and trending data are displayed in a tabulated and graphical fashion.
